I am about to buy a 2006 S350, its done 58000miles. It has Full Dealer Mercedes History.
The services were done when the car had done 10000, 19000, 35000 and 50000.

Is it ok? Or is it very few services? Or too long intervals?

I think around 14k miles between required services is normal. Those intervals you posted are on the long side.

 

Not to mention your 9 year old car should have 8-9 oil changes. Check the 35k mile service record - it should include a tranny fluid service. Very important

 

Are you talking W221 or W220 for an S350 in 2006??? If W221, I would suggest getting a 2009 model onward if I were you. You will avoid the potential balance shaft issues with the M272 (V6) engines among other issues with the engine.
