Time to service/replace front end suspension/steering components?

So my 2007 s550 is suffering from a squeaking front end. Most likely from a bad lower control arm. I've noticed a bit of messy clunking feeling when driving also. It has 115000 on the dash and I was wonding if I should just replace that lower control arm or update the entire fron end.

Has any one done any updating to the front end components?

I've seen these kits online and wonder if they are the answer. Doesn't seem to be oem.

Have the car on a lift and components checked. Do not guess what is needed. Squeaking front can be a collapsed bushing or just needing some lubrication.

The sloppy steering can be all in you head. Just saying
