Engine mount question
Are the engine mounts filled with fluid to help dampen vibrations? If so could one or both leak due to age and transmit vibrations to the steering wheel? I have done the age old test to check the LH mount by pressing on the gas with the brake on to see if it lifts. Mine does not, but I get this annoying vibration especially when the engine is under load at low RPS. I have checked the accessory pulleys, tension pulleys and other accessories for bad bearings and found nothing. Any ideas? Has anyone experienced this?

that test will only tell you if the mounts are hosed beyond all belief. Mine passed the test and when I removed the old ones they were and inch lower than the new ones. Might be slowly losing the gel inside the mount. or try having the dealer do a throttle plate relearn, maybe the engine is just running rough
