How to block threads from appearing?

How to block threads from appearing?

Does anybody know how to block threads from appearing from select members/vendors? I know that you can block posts from select users, but all that does is show that the content has been blocked by that user within the thread. I want to know how to stop threads started by select vendors/members from even appearing.

This isn't meant as a slight against any member/vendor. I'm just looking for a way to simplify the content that I see....as I already know that I'll never purchase any items from many of the vendors and have no interest in viewing their threads/advertisements....so why not clean up the content of what I see.

install adblock and try blocking the adv. with that.

I dont think anyone from this site is going to tell you of a way to do this as adv. $$$$$$$ is at stake here.
