For anyone wondering how we traced the fake admin text back to *******:
Reverse phone number look up produced an association to a residential address.
Background records search on the address produced a name.
Google search of the name produced a match to a Linkdin profile.
Linkdin profile for that individual indicated he was the CEO of *******.
Not particularly overjoyed that we took him down, but anyone desperate enough to try to impersonate an Admin to intimidate a forum member is not anyone to do business with.
I understand discussions with vendors can sometimes get heated when their product or claims are disputed, but that text nonsense crossed the line. Thanks to Bob (Admin) for taking this seriously and quickly taking the necessary action.

Yeah, we had it on Saturday morning but had to sit on it until today when IB Automotives offices in California opened and the site admin could get the screen caps and timeline to them.

Hi there Guys I need some help I placed a order with *******s for me E class and paid 3months ago no delivery and the Order Status: Preparing For ShippingThere has been no replies and no goods there service is realy bad. Is the company even real and does the product even work. I need some advise here guys ??

Go to midcityengineering.com. They have real actual products. And they work! Great reputation too.

The company now appears to be one Russian dude working out of a spare bedroom in a house in New Jersey with no products to sell but a very impressive looking website. We got him booted from the forum and had his sponsorship revoked.

Every time you come on here and set up a fake account to promote your non-existent Carplay product and spew insults at contributing forum members, you hurt your already **** poor reputation even more. Your ludicrous behavior is well documented here and on other forums. Everybody here knows that you are nothing but a two-bit scam artist. I installed one of these *******'s in my 2006 Navigator and it worked great, so I tried buying one for my CLK350 2009, wanted the $200 one for $180, he called and said not made anymore upsell to CarPlay model for $270. Got it and tried to install, when plugging camera in it froze the screen even when the camera had no power. Several emails, finally I go to bed, get up the next morning (Sunday) and uninstall it all and now radio/nav won't come on at all. Then email comes in saying I should cut the grey wires. I told him Radio/nav is dead now. Bottom line is they say they are sending me RMA's and I never get them. Check you spam, yeah right. I get their emails saying te RMA was sent but never the RMA. 
Saga continues, All I wanted was a backup camera. Many other problems like the video shows a different radio than my MCS BB0660 model and ribbon cable did not fit properly like in video. I suspect now the screen ribbon cable is damaged since it was binding when the screen closed.
