You can get a pro rata refund of the unused warranty. Usually requires a mileage affidavit.(You stating the mileage,notarized.) Check your contract for details on how and where to apply for the refund. Unless you transferred the warranty to the new owner you'll be able to get the value of the remaining coverage back.

The contract you sent me (Page 7, Section 9, Cancellation) states you can flat cancel in 60 days for 100% refunded (no mention of an offset for claims) less a $50 admin fee.
After 60 days the prorata refund is based on the lesser of the remaining months or miles, no reference to a claims offset.
Good warranty!
