I'm Looking to buy 2012 CL550 has DISTRONIC PLUS & PRE-SAFE Brake
This is good option and has 29000 miles on it $49,000 black and black
Good price ?? no CPO and no warranty.

KBB.com prices out good to very good condition private party sale at about $47K. I think you have some wiggle room for negotiations. Anyway, you've already owned an S550 AMG so we don't have to tell you how much these things cost to maintain with no warranty.
