W221 - Oil Separator Torque Spec

Hi,

I am looking for some help regarding some torque specs...

I am replacing the oil separator on the OM642 engine, W221 model, and on WIS the torque specs seem rather high, for the bolts connecting the oil separator to the cylinder head cover the torque specs are rated as being 14Nm.

Normally I wouldn't query this but its quite a bit higher than other parts to the head cover, such as the brake vacuum pump etc.

Thanks

Go with the WIS torque specs---have you converted the 14Nm to ft lbs-----that's high to you!!
