Front brake squel at low speed breaking ... driving me nuts

My car got new pads and rotors as part of its CPO process a few months ago and the front is already starting to make that nasty noise.

In the past MB would just take the glaze off (under warranty) but then the noise would come back after a few hundred miles.

Would simply replacing the front pads with aftermarket (Akebono EUR 1223) and reapplying the paste address the noise permanently?

Thank you all in advance.

Something's wrong. I've never had brake squeak at any point in the brakes life cycle or needed to have glaze removed (not even sure what that is.) Did they do rotors and pads together or just pads? I've always done both simultaneously on our MBs.

They replaced all 4 rotors and pads. I had the same damn issue with my new (back then) 2012 s350 and they "removed the glaze" twice to stop the squaks but they eventually came back after a few months.

They wanted to say I should not brake softly and longer and rather slam them with authority when I needed to slow down to avoid glazing.... to which i was like WTF.

Anyways, I see many many threads where people complain about the same squeak *shrug*

I guess the glaze meant they got excessively hot slowing the behemoth down....

That's weird! Mine are quiet 99% of the time. If the issue persists, you might consider putting on some Centric Posi Quiet pads. They are extremely low dust and the squealing should disappear. This was an issue with the stock brembo pads and rotors on my old SRT8 Chrysler. The original pads were also extremely dusty. As soon as I slapped on the Centrics, the dust and noise virtually disappeared. The only downfall was that the Centrics had less bite than the Brembo pads.
