Vib was very noticeable in drivers seat and steering wheel. My fear was motor or trans mounts or something worse. Couldn't have been more wrong. Had all 4 wheels balanced and checked by 2 shops to make sure.
Long story short...both front wheels were bent. Swapped front to back and vib virtually unnoticeable. Now to shop for new wheels.
Do the make steel versions of the soft stock aluminum wheels?
Thanks Alx.

i'm currently looking for wheels to replace my bent stock ones as well. I'm pretty sure I'll just go with a knock-off AMG wheel. Members on here seem to have good results with them and they are cheap enough and readily available if they bend/crack in the future

Yeah, I've run EBay reps, factory refurbished, and OEM and they're all susceptible to bending in the right conditions. On EBay there are a lot of similar looking wheel faces, so verify offsets. 45mm are as close to the OEM 43mm you'll get. Going to 35mm will increase your choices.

I have been through this 3 times with my e class. This last time was the worst. All four wheels were bent, 3 of the wheels had multiple bends. I went down to 17's. Picked up a set of AMG reps. Not my first choice style wise. However, being three sets of rims in and it's like throwing money away at this point.
