parking guidance error

parking guidance error
Comes up once in a while at red lights. Shop said nothing stored in computer. kind of annoying. Can anyone here help? Thanks. P.S its really a cl but more traffic here.

Interference. You just have to live with it. Happens almost daily with mine....and almost always at stop lights. Then as soon as you accelerate, it goes away. I assume you have Distronic+.

2008 S65, 1999 E320
I had the same problem on my 2008 S65 along with Distronic “not available” and parking brake not working warning.
I went to the dealer last week for an unrelated problem and they narrowed this problem down to the right side headlight control unit that would not communicate with the whatever it was suppose to communicate with and this was inhibiting other systems from working properly.
They tested the control unit by swapping it out with the left side unit.
Unit replaced. All is well now.

I’m sure glad that I have an aftermarket warranty.
