Fellow Mercedes owners please I'm begging I need some help I made five trips to Bowling Green Kentucky Mercedes to have a window modulator replaced ever since they replace the window modulator my navigation says it has been updated and insert the map disc but when I do it says cannot update and then it ejects the CD ? they don't know what the problem is they made me come back 5 different times now they tell me don't come back anymore after they broke my car they did tell me on the window modulator that they touched two wires together to try to make it work they Mickey Mouse the car I think they burnt my navigation out I don't know or does it maybe just need an upgrade but Mercedes-Benz of Bowling Green will not do anything for me to help me I drove back-and-forth five different times 70 miles each way and I still cannot fix the car please if somebody has any solution please get back to me it says navigation canceled ejecting cd 2007

See what MB has to say furthermore, suggest they request dealer open a technical support case since they cannot figure it out on their own.
