Not sure how politically correct this is, but there is a procedure and pictures here

Most of the cases is KG wire broken at door handle and resoldering will works but I also encountered a case of KG sensor is not working even the wire is good. Perhaps problem due to capacitive of the sensor is getting old over the time.

Help
I have a next problem I switched the driver door handle and it still is not functioning, the other handles are but it is draining the battery so I would have to remove the keyless go fused so the battery would not be totally drained. Is there any other wire that could be grounding out that I can check?

No it started when the driver door handle started to act up, then the handle stopped working but the others would. But then the battery would be totally dead after 8 to 10 hours so I had to remove the keyless go fused. It's like the handle or sensor is staying active to keep pulling from the battery.

After making sure your battery is good (take to autozone and have them test it for free), i think i would go to the fuse blocks and pull fuses and test with a voltmeter/test light to see which circuit is energuzed that shouldnt be, starting with the circuit you suspect.

The battery is new and did the fuse test its the 15amp keyless go fuse. I will try take off the driver door panel and further check the wiring there to see if it's grounding out. Because that's the only door handle that is not responding when I have the keyless go fuse in.
