Estimated Selling price 2007 S550 with premium warranty
What do you think I could sell the car for with a premium level warranty?
2007 S550 Black on Black. 107,000 miles

In another month it will be a 10 year old car with 100K plus miles. I guess it really depends on condition and records. I would guess 10K.

How much time and mileage left on the warranty? Deductible amount? I assume it's an exclusionary policy?
Also, what is the condition of the car and what options does it have? If you have a couple of years left on the warranty, that could add a couple grand to the selling price as they are impossible to warranty with that mileage. But you'd likely have to sell it on the forums to get decent money as folks here understand the value of having a warranty on these cars.

Warranty $6300 with 23 months and 23,000 miles.
Condition is excellent and standard features.
Why is it so hard to get a warranty? 6k is a ton

Nobody will put a new warranty on a car like yours with that mileage. That's why it's so valuable when you can offer it to a buyer. If your car were worth $10k without a warranty, then I'd guess you could get $12k with the warranty if selling through a Benz forum. Alx could probably give you a good idea on a realistic private party value for your car....then add $2k for warranty and market it heavily with the warranty value.

That warranty would likely only get you an extra $2k in sale price on a car that old with those miles. If you're going to sell, then you should get a pro-rated refund from the warranty company instead of transferring to a new buyer. The warranty price might not be horrible if you keep the car for the entire 2 years as there is a good likelihood that the policy will pay out more in repairs than you paid for it.
Are you just asking for sh*ts and giggles? Or are you seriously considering selling it now? To me, it would seem pretty silly to sell your car only a month after spending $6400 on a policy.

The G wagon is calling my name. But I agree drive it for two years and get everything fixed that need be.
I was hoping to get 26k but that isn't going happen. Lol
paid $49,999 in 2009 and have fixed the engine and tranny. But recovered from the class action suit.

True....I missed that. It might explain how he got any kind of coverage with his starting miles and age. It probably wouldn't cover most of the repairs that an S550 of his age and miles will need.
