2007 S550 Full computer/command reset every 30 seconds
Hello!
I have 2007 S550 (06/2006) with 105K miles.
Problem:
1. Turn ignition ON (position II) - power reset every 30-40 sec
If I turn ignition in position I, no problem
If I start car right away and run. No issues
Both batteries checked and looks good
Any ideas?

take out the nav dvd.. does it still do it? if so - your head unit is most likely faulty- star/ das may provide more details
if it doesnt do it with the nav disk out - it is your disk.
