No Power on throttle
Hi,
I recently changed the motherboard in the gearbox, as the car got in limp mode/and didn't want to change gears until you turned off and on the car again.
That seems sorted out now (but it was very expensive! $5000).
Now, I have a new problem, which I'm not sure is related to this (hopefully it is so warranty will be covered)..
When I'm in gear 3+, there are, sometimes, no power when pressing the throttle (even all in). The car can mostly (if flat landscape) maintain the speed, but not accelerate. It seems the more you press the throttle, the less it want to go.
It has started to happen more and more now, on every drive. Previously (right after the gearfix) it was only occasionally.
What could that be caused from? I have an appointment at the same workshop as I changed the gearbox motherboard in 2 weeks (they are very busy), but I'm eager to know if this can be dangerous for the car to drive with? I use the car as little as I can, as it's not safe traffic wise to drive around with.
