Replacing lower control arms, info on torque specs?

Coming up on 100k miles, I'm starting to notice a little bit of a shake in my steering wheel around 50-60 mph. I checked the lower control arms, and find a little too much play in the bushings. I've ordered the parts, and will be replacing the LCA's, but would like to see if anyone had access to the required torque specs.

Thank you.
That's for both forward and rearward lower control arms I assume?
