07 AUX INPUT PART #

Does anyone happen to know the part number for the AUX IN? Called a MB dealer and they had no idea what I was talking about

When I say auxiliary in, I mean the 3.5 MM headphone jack looking thing so you can plug your phone in and have music.

If you don't already have the port, then the only way you can get the aux in jacks is to buy a used set online....if you can find one. They are very hard to find and expensive....anywhere from $300 to $1200. You then need to have AUX coded into your car. The dealers do not sell the parts for it any more.

If you happen to be passing through Chicago any time soon, you can have Mid City Electronic add their own in-house made system installed in your car and have them code on AUX into COMAND for around $300. The only thing different with theirs is that you would not be able to scroll through songs on your steering wheel. You'd have to use the device.
