Reprogram steering wheel controler
How can I reprogram my steering wheel controller on my 2012 S550?
I purchased a new controller from the dealer and I was told to reprogram it after installation.
The controller is the black box that sets behind the airbag.

For some reason they quoted me $1500 to install. Since I like to work on my cars, I bought the part from their part store and installed it myself.
I called them again and they will charge $150 for reprogramming it. I though, I could spend the $150 to buy whatever gadget I would need to reprogram it myself and learn something in the process.
