W221 Oil Leak (Front of Engine)

Hi All

Just bought my first ever MB last weekend and spent a lot of time saving money, researching. Finally jumped into the market and bought myself a 2007 W221 S-Class 3L Diesel. Car drives like a dream and has everything you could ever need even though it is 10 years old - except.......

Discovered an oil leak this morning and decided to check turbos etc and everything seems fine. The only thing I have found is this at the front of the engine (please see my picture).

Anyone ever seen this before? Have I bought something with a big problem?

Appreciate any help or useful pointers?

this is your boost side of the turbo piping. that is a lot of oil. some is ok inside the piping, but leaking out is not.

remove the fixing screw that you see and pull out the U-shaped bracket that keeps the piping together. separate and there is rubber o-ring in there i believe. replace it and if leak stops- call it a day. if it doesnt stop- you are blowing too much oil out of the turbo and i suspect turbo seals.
