Misfire, spark plug or ignition coil
Obviously, I'm hoping it's not the ignition coil as both would require replacing, any assistance is greatly appreciate

The first being about diagnosis and, the second, a How-To...
Read them both... My guess, for me, came down to a coil pack, which apparently was correct, in that, the problem hasn't returned
But, since you're getting misfire from both sides, I'd guess plugs for you. When were they last replaced? Recommended is every 60K...
Good luck and please post what you ultimately find for the rest of us.

mileage? the v12 is rough on plugs. they are rated for 100k miles or thereabouts but in reality they go much much sooner especially if operated in hot climates.

Once you change the plugs, (assuming you are doing it yourself) you will be familiar enough with the disassembly of the parts of the engine to easily change the coil pack if that ends up being required.
