For those still following the ******* story
The hosting service of my blog "******* Scams" received a DCMA Take-Down Request from Vitaliy Sokolov. Under the DCMA, the host could be required to delete the content. Since my content, including images of the *******s website and of Vitaliy himself, is considered fair use.
Here's the email:

I acknowledge that a copy of this infringement notice and any correspondence related to it, including any contact information I provided above (address, telephone number, and email address), will be forwarded to the user who uploaded the content at issue.
