Front Strut Replacement

Front Strut Replacement
My 2008 S550 was just diagnosed to have a bad front strut. I was just wondering if anyone has tried to replace it themselves or has an idea if it is something that could be done at home?
I am pretty handy when it comes to working on my other car but the w221 is a relative new car for me and I have not done anything serious to it aside from oil, air filter, and a few other small things.

Thanks! I did some searching of my own and I think mine is a bit different than the one they are showing because it's a 4-Matic but it does not look too bad.
I went ahead and ordered a new strut and will tackle this sometime next week after it arrives. The only problem is that technically you are supposed to use the STAR diagnostic software to release the pressure in the strut before removing the pressure line from the top, but I don't think this will be too much of a problem as the strut cannot hold pressure (the reason I'm replacing it) and when you lift the car up with the wheels in the air, the pressure will probably be significantly reduced. Anyway, I'll be sure to stay clear and be careful while doing that part.
