Bought used S350, battery died, replaced it... but...

Bought used S350, battery died, replaced it... but...
I bought a 2011 W221 S350. Since it is 20 degrees colder than were the car used to be, the original battery died over night. Put a new one in... did not need to go through the sync process, as the AUX battery seems to have saved the settings.
After driving the car for 15km the engine light comes on. Using a iCarsoft MBII, I read the codes: no faults being reported. No message in the dash either.
Reset the codes; no difference, engine light on, no code showing.
How do I go about getting rid of the engine light?

The second thing: after I changed the starter battery, I thought why not replace the batteries for the key fobs?!
After I did this, a message comes up "Change Key batteries". The old battery had 3.0V, the new one has 3.3V.
I tried the suggestion found on this forum saying: press the open button while in the car. I did this, but the message is still in the dash.
How can I get rid of this message?
Any hints appreciated, otherwise I have to go to the stealership ;-)

OK, I must have overlooked a P2097 error code. It was cleared by a mechanic, pointing to regular fuel being used.
I have filled the car with premium, hence, after clearing the engine light, it did not come on after 3 times driving for 100km.
The key-fob battery has mysteriously solved itself. No further problems encountered.
so... all good.
