Is it possible to buy secondhand a Nav module such as Becker as seen on places like E Bay and how much of a performance is it to fit? I do not currently have the Navigation option but would like it.

A W221 without nav? I didn't know that those ever existed. Fitting and getting an aftermarket nav system to work would be extremely difficult if not impossible. The best and by far most cost effective thing to do is use the nav app on your phone. It's 10x better than the stock nav in these cars anyway.

Mid City Engineering will sell you a screen mirroring device for your COMAND system that should allow you to do that. They can also add a rear camera, which I assume your car does not have.
