Air Strut Boot

Air Strut Boot
I have a torn air strut boot on my 2012 S550 but the strut appears to be working fine. This appears to have torn recently.
Is it possible to replace just the boot and not the entire strut assembly?
If yes, would this be covered by MB CPO ELW? I see on the inclusion line under "SUSPENSION .........air suspension struts" but it doesn't specify boot.
If no, would you bother fixing it or just let the strut blow up and then at that point it would be covered by warranty??? If I'm reading the warranty terms correctly the warranty DOES cover the entire strut but DOES NOT cover just the boot - yet replacing the boot would prevent the strut from failing?
What is the part number for the repair kit or list of parts needed for front drivers side?

MB does not offer a repair kit. Torn boot should qualify for strut replacement under warranty. Original strut installed at production is replaced with new part # (usually indicating modification) so I would suggest requesting replacement. See attachment for current part #.
