So I found a video on YouTube in which the headlights turn with the front wheels when the car is not in motion or is at low speeds, along with the cornering lights, is this a Euro spec option only? Because I noticed my cornering lights only come on from 0-about 30 MPH, and the low beam projectors turn with the wheels at speeds of about 35+. Couldn't find any info on this.

Maybe you have some sort of error with your lights. Because my lights will turn at just 5 mph, perhaps less. The faster I go, the greater the turning radius.
