Interior Updates and Modification ideas?

Hey Guys,
New here and this is my first post!

Just purchased an S500 SWB w221 and i'm picking it up this weekend!

Just wondering if anyone has any ideas/has already done and modifications to the interior of their Benz?
I'd like to update the interior a bit, i'm considering a few things already:

New Steering Wheel (with proper grips)
Having the seats re-upholstered (quilted)
Wrapping the Wood trim in Piano black
Retrofitting bluetooth for music .etc - This, i've heard this is near impossible on these cars, is that true and if not how would i go about getting it fitted?

Thanks in Advance!

The Piano Black is "hawt" but scratches will be easy to spot. Are you planning to do it yourself and with vinyl?

The bluetooth is a pain, and depending on the year of your car, there are some "workarounds". I have tried and currently use the mercedes media interface plus (MIP). It was hard to come by, and doesnt work that great with android. It does what I want it to do, display the song info and use bluetooth. I also tried, but with not so much luck like others have had with the

Bovee Bluetooth Car Kit for AUDI, VW, MB - Music Interface Adaptor for in car iPod Integration (WMA3000A AMI/MDI/MMI connector)

I got the MIP on ebay and the Bovee on Amazon.

Suerte aka Luck!
