Should I buy a 2008 S550?

Hey Folks I purchased a CPO 2015 S550 2 weeks ago and was wondering if I should swap my 07 Audi A4 daily driver for an 08 S550 with 46K miles for 23K at a local MB dealer. After driving the S my Audi feels puny

How are these cars above 50K miles?
Is an extended warranty a must?
Anything to look out for in this model year ?

All tips and advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

If you're not a DIY'er, cost of ownership will be high. Car is 10 years old, probably hasn't had any software updates for things like Command, Audio, etc.

Totally agree with this. I've DIY'd for 30 years and driven some amazing cars as a result. If I were a 'take it to the shop' kinda guy, I'd be broke (well more broke) by now.
