Limp mode - code P0228 Throttle position sensor

Hi,

First of all, the car is S320 CDI 2007. After kickdown the car goes in limp mode until the engine is turned off. Car is limited to 2000 RPM and wont accelarate. It happens only on full throttle. After scanning it (not with star system) code P0228 appears. I searched online and found out that the same symptoms appear when TPS is faulty, so I replaced the whole throttle pedal with the sensor.
The car was fine for a day, but then it started going in limp mode again and the code and CEL appeared again.

Any suggestions for what to check next ?

Thanks in advance.

P0228 Throttle/Petal Position Sensor/Switch C Circuit High Input
I think C circuit means the third circuit, so A could be the accelerator pedal and B and C the two TPS's near the the two throttle bodies (left and right)?

I would appreciate if someone can tell me the location of the other 2 sensors. I cannot find any information for diesel engines for it.
