W221 2013 with leak from the windshield washer grommet
I took apart my front end and accessed the windshield reservoir which is now sitting on my counter.
My question for those that have done this repair is should I just repalce all pumps now that I have this thing apart, or should I just replace the grommet that was leaking. I was planning on changing out the Headlight washer pump (that has an o ring on it) as well as the grommet and the grommet with windshield washer pump as well.
I also found a forum that stated that you can use a "dorman 1/8" vacuum tubing" to attach the Benz windshield wiper hose to the actual windshield wiper pump as a permanent fix. I also did this mod.
Any advice is appreciated.
