broke piece of easy out in oil pan will i be able to drive it. i cant pull it out

There's a mesh on the oil pickup and the oil goes through the filter before going to anything important.
So you can probably get away with driving it if the pieces are big enough.
Finding the pieces back after having run the engine might be harder though.
