I was help a friend changing out auxiliary battery for his 2010 S400 hybrid W221.
I thought I share the location here for the next guy. It's under the dash but much lower compare to other MB.
Instead of horizontally placed like other MB, the battery is actually installed vertically.
Also main batter is between back seat and trunk. You need to pull out the back panel from the trunk to see it.
