I was just informed by my Mercedes service center that I need to replace the entire Command system for my 2013 S550 at a cost of $6,500 plus tax. NAVI/Satellite Radio/Audio System/Controls/Rear view camera don't work. Am I stuck with this or are there any alternatives?

 

You might be able to get one from a wrecked vehicle for a lot less. If you find one, you will probably need a dealer to software configure it to work in your car.
