Dash board clock reset
Dear all,
i had my right wing mirror not folding .. I disconnected the negative battery terminal and reconnected it again .. the mirror worked perfectly fine but the dash board clock gone 3 hours back .. I tried to reset through the comand from vechile - system - time and date but every time I change the time the dash clock doesn’t move or reset .. any advice?

Welcome to the club :-(
Let me venture a guess: If you try to adjust the date, It won't let you do that either and goes back to March or April of 2003?
It looks like it's happened in many cars, here's more info:

and if you can read German, here's more:

OK,
I found a workaround on the German Forum:for not being able to set the clock:
When you get into the car first thing in the morning, you have a short time window (maybe 1 min) where you can actually adjust the clock via Command
So wait until the car had a "good night's sleep" and give it a try.

Hey Guys. Just return to my home in Florida after being stuck up north for 13 months because of COVID-19. My trickle charger was disconnected months ago and apparently my accessory battery went to sleep. I was able to start the car and after waiting for the car suspension to raise I ran into the Analog clock not syncing with my attempted setting. I am going to try all of the suggestions and report back. Thank you.

Success on setting my time, date and analog clock
Was able to set my time, date and analog clock within the first minute of entering this morning. Thanks for that heads up.

there are two situations where a car without the software update might appear to get the time and date correct
if the car can't see any satellites (like an underground carpark) it may allow manual adjustment of the time and date (but will usually auto correct back to wrong on a drive)
if it see's a satellite that is beaming info it understands, it can temporarily show the right time and date (but will auto correct wrong with 90% of the satellites beaming info it can no longer correctly interpret post April 2019 as they wiz overhead)
a tips doc from Jan 2020 shows the polar bear software fix is now official

if you update the faulty software it just works everywhere like a normal car....
