Mercedes Benz 2012 S Class 5550
When cranking the engine, a engine light come on for 1 second and goes out. Is there a problem?

I have never heard of that. I am the least qualified person on this board to provide information but if it were men, I would not worry about it. If it stayed on, that is another story.
