Key Fog Issues/Electrical Gremlins help

Hi Guys,

We have a 2008 S550 4matic and lately have been experiencing strange electrical issues.
- Key Fob is unable to unlock the car after it sits for about 15-20 min. Once you manually open it, start the car it works fine (can lock/unlock the car). I checked infrared and battery on the key fob, they are fine. We are thinking it's much deeper issue....
- we have experienced all of the controls not working on the doors (from time to time).
- at times, driver seat won't auto adjust when the key is inserted into the ignition.

I've looked up and down the fuse diagram for All Activities Module fuse but wasn't successful finding it. I have a feeling its that or another electrical component that might be going bad.

We would greatly appreciate any tips on troubleshooting the issue.

Thanks in advance

Update to above

We brought it to the dealer and they said it was a bad battery. We purchased a new battery....

2 weeks later the issue is back. Almost seems like there is a short or something is draining the battery while the car sits (it's driven every 2 days or so).

back to the dealer for a new battery? Maybe it's bad.

Dealer diagnosed battery but not clear if they (dealer) or you replaced battery. Either way dealer needs to revisit. If battery is fine, need to check “quiescent current consumption” meaning to say something is causing battery draw - faulty modules, etc.
