Flooded S550 I need help
i was able to replace front SAM module and repaired all the bad plugs and burned wires, i got the car to work, i haven't started it yet, but everything seems to be functioning except for small things like passenger seat (although it used to be working before i touched the car), but other than that things are looking good all the lights work (tail, head, interior, etc..) all windows and moon roof and rear shade works, remote key fob also works. i'm really exited.
now i'm really scared to start it. before i attempt to start it i will be replacing the battery and air filters and spark plugs, is there anything else i should be checking/replacing before i start it?? i did try rotate the engine manually before and it did rotate just fine.
also would it even start before i program the SAM??

key in pos 2
I don't think you need the alternator to get the car started though.
Keep up the good work!
Is the operating temperature normal?
Now the only things that still not functioning are passenger seat (nothing works on it), ac is not blowing cold, i have both front airbag messages, also the auxiliary battery needs replaced, other than that the car is solid, after i ran the car for a little while i checked the sam module and the top relays seems to be a bit hot, is that normal, also what is the normal operation temperature

The plus is, the scan tool is not too expensive. It will tell you what the car is complaining about... which might let you track down the problem. It will not, however, let you perform any tests or diagnostic exercises, you'll need to spend a lot more for that.

Otherwise you need a service manual for sure and might be worth the investment.

Those connectors could be for seat options that your car doesn't have.
If you're STILL finding water in your car, I'd wait until it's 100% dry to diagnose electrical gremlins. Maybe run a big fan in it for a while or buy some desiccants. Amazon sells those big desiccant packets for basements. Just leave them in your car and seal it up tight at night. Should do the job.

Thankfully there was little to no corrosion in that loose connector, other than that all the wires seemed to be okay
