While it might be possible to repair those harnesses, you may be better of replacing them with good used ones. No idea if those are common of M-B proprietary connectors, but it would be interesting to see if the pins are fused together or could be extracted from the connector shells. If you need to cut and re-crimp pins on every wire... well... it CAN be done, but it's not a job for someone who doesn't have some experience and the proper tools. A lot depends on how successful you are at getting the scorched bits apart to assess whether the pins have soldered or welded themselves together.

$$$$ MAJOR UPDATE $$$$
huge improvement...
i was able to replace front SAM module and repaired all the bad plugs and burned wires, i got the car to work, i haven't started it yet, but everything seems to be functioning except for small things like passenger seat (although it used to be working before i touched the car), but other than that things are looking good all the lights work (tail, head, interior, etc..) all windows and moon roof and rear shade works, remote key fob also works. i'm really exited.
now i'm really scared to start it. before i attempt to start it i will be replacing the battery and air filters and spark plugs, is there anything else i should be checking/replacing before i start it?? i did try rotate the engine manually before and it did rotate just fine.
also would it even start before i program the SAM??

It does have to be spinning to get a reading. Easiest way I can think of would be to pull it and walk it in to Autozone. They have a tester.
I don't think you need the alternator to get the car started though.
Keep up the good work!

Is the operating temperature normal?
Now the only things that still not functioning are passenger seat (nothing works on it), ac is not blowing cold, i have both front airbag messages, also the auxiliary battery needs replaced, other than that the car is solid, after i ran the car for a little while i checked the sam module and the top relays seems to be a bit hot, is that normal, also what is the normal operation temperature

If you're going to chase down the remaining problems, you'll really want a Mercedes specific scan tool. I bought an iCarsoft MBII, not too expensive. There are a LOT of codes that will be scanned that don't turn on the MEL. I went in and cleared all of the codes (a little tedious, since you have to do it one control unit at a time). Then I drove until something broke... scanned again so I'd know what were actually current problems.
The plus is, the scan tool is not too expensive. It will tell you what the car is complaining about... which might let you track down the problem. It will not, however, let you perform any tests or diagnostic exercises, you'll need to spend a lot more for that.

Where does this connector go
I removed the driver side carpet to make sure there is no more water left and sure enough i found a big puddle so i removed the carpet completely and cleaned everything, also i found two plugs that are not plugged and there is no where to plug them into, one of them seams to plug in itself so i took it apart and cleaned it there was a bit of corrosion but nothing major the other one is just a regular plug, pictures attached
Part number for the plug a0375456528

MBWorld Fanatic!
maybe look on here at parts pages??
https://nemigaparts.com/cat_spares/epc/mercedes/1/221/
might help
Otherwise you need a service manual for sure and might be worth the investment.

Look at all those grounds you found!!!
Those connectors could be for seat options that your car doesn't have.
If you're STILL finding water in your car, I'd wait until it's 100% dry to diagnose electrical gremlins. Maybe run a big fan in it for a while or buy some desiccants. Amazon sells those big desiccant packets for basements. Just leave them in your car and seal it up tight at night. Should do the job.

Thankfully there was little to no corrosion in that loose connector, other than that all the wires seemed to be okay

I already did that three nights before i put in 30pint dehumidifier and it got full three times, but the amount of water i found is alarming and didn't look like it was going to evaporate. Now I'm thinking about ripping the entire carpet out.... Jesus

What the heck??? Those modules are sitting in the lowest points on the car!
I think I'm now too scared to open the moonroof ever again. Or spill a Coke. Or sweat too much.

LOL 😂, i know it looks scary but none of these are computer modules they're just to control the air going to the back and side pillars and the main body harness runs through these plastic covers but luckily there's no plugs, that means no exposed wires. Overall after i disassembled a lot of components in this car i think it's really well put together, this is the first Mercedes i ever touched and I've worked on some Japanese cars and lots BMWs, this car exceeded my expectations in terms of build quality.
