Headlamp washer nozzle not going in all the way

So my passenger side bulb went out and I attempted to replace it. I fiddled with the bulb for a while and was not able to get it so I left the old one in. My hands just could not get in the space. However, I have another problem. The passenger side headlamp washer motor is not going back in all the way. So I tried using the headlamp washers and the passenger side worked for a little bit but stopped working after trying like 5 times. I can push it in but it does not push in all the way. Also after using the headlamp washer 5 times my driver one stays out too, but I can push that one all the way in manually. The passenger side still cannot push it in manually. Anyone have any ideas?
