I have a 2013 S350. When I start the car after leaving it turned off for at least a couple hours, the first gear shift is noticeably hard the first time it shifts. After that it shifts perfectly fine. All other gears are flawless. What could be the issue?

I do all the scheduled service at the dealership. They always give me a laundry list of issues but they never raised any issue about the transmission. I have 150K km (around 94K miles) on the odo. I drive in city only. My lifetime driving speed average is 43km (27 mph).
