New 2013 S550 owner, need your help

Evening gents,

I just picked up a 2013 s550.

I am looking for a extended service plan.

Car has 82k miles.

I got a quote from http://www.jrautoprotect.com/coverage-plans.php
For their platnium plus plan @$3300. FYI, I already called Jeff in Louisville and he said since the car is out of factory warranty, he can't help me get a warranty.

I have attached the pdf of the warranty offered from JR auto protect, can someone more knowledgeable than me please help me understand if this is any good and will cover known problem areas on the car...air ride, compressor etc...

I really appreciate your help.

Also, this is a gift for my wife that's the reason for the tacky red bow.

First of all it looks like you will never have coverage for anything on the outside of the car or bumpers, body panels, glass, lights, exhaust system, emission components, hoses, fuel system, etc. When you start you're only covered for all internally lubricated parts of the engine, turbos, air ride system, suspension, braking system (except drums, rotors, and pads), electrical system, and a/c system until 100k miles. After 100k, you only have coverage for internally lubricated engine parts, internally lubricated drive train parts, turbo's, alternator, voltage regulator, heater fan, starter motor, starter solenoid, condenser, compressor, evaporator, orifice tube and accumulator/ dryer. So after 100k you lose the air ride, braking system, suspension, and most of the electrical system coverage.

I bought one and they filed bankruptcy. I say don't do it unless thru a dealer.
Just save up money every month and use that as your car repair fund.
