2010 s550 Delayed ac start

Folks, looks like I fix one issue just run into another one. Last week I fixed suspension and than ADS. Two days ago at the end of the day I started the car and pressed auto button to start the ac (set to 68) lights lit up to red on auto button but no air and no fan blowing. I put the car in motion and at about 25 m/hr it starts to blow. The next day the same story but this time nothing until well into 10/15 minutes of drive, at this point I am about give up and as soon as I pressed the window button AC becomes alive.
Anyone faced this issue? What's going on?

Thanks in advance.
