Replace Bi-xenon Driver Side Bulb with Adaptive Cornering Headlights
I used the helpful posts from others about removing the wheel well liner to access the driver side HID bulb for replacement. Thank you. But I have adaptive (cornering) headlamps and the clips holding in the bulb as shown in other threads are not there. How do I get these bulbs out? This is what it looks like in my 2012 S550.
Not trying to be a smart ***, but did you try and push down on light housing and turn in either direction? Or just turn in either direction? I have an 07, but can’t remember if I have clips or not.
I've got an 08, and this is a mystery to me as to where are your clips. However, I did put my bulbs in service position before I opened up the unit, so not sure what it looked like prior to this. But, clips are hard to miss/hide. Curious if anyone can figure this out. MB must have done a design change?
