2011 S550: What are likely repairs needed at 100k?

I found a pretty clean 2011 S550 with about 100k miles. Let's assume it never had anything replaced. What would be likely repairs needed, and how much would they cost? For example, airmatic, etc.

I am trying to figure out if I should buy it. Any other thoughts are appreciated.

Thanks!

Somewhat depends on the driving history, so my list is from my 2012 221 with 100,000+ hwy miles on the odo.

Front suspesion - A arms, ball joints, etc......R/r all same time.

Motor mounts 2 and 1 trans mount - they are gel and will collapse generating vibration.....r/r all same time.

All 4 struts.

From my poor memory, done all at once at a dealer, that's an easy 18,000 w/o any 3rd party warranty help. Check Credit Unions for decent warranties.

BTW my 2012 runs and behaves perfect. Smooth as silk. I buy MB for the engineering, safety and performance. They meet all my expectations.

I'd go over those service records REALLY carefully........and maybe share info here for more accurate thoughts and opinions.

Well here's the situation. A few weeks back, I totaled my 2016 so I need my 12 till I get a replacement. That process is going slow.

i checked my odo last night and it sits at 121k. Mine are nearly all hwy miles.

I agree prices are low.....how do you plan to use a high milages S550? And like said above, you need to verify service records.

Depending on where you live (warmer climates especially), radiator, water pump, hoses, thermostat. Again this is assuming nothing was done. Totally agree with buying them cheap and putting good service into them, my '08 is my daily driver and just rolled over 160k miles. Great car!

I plan to use it as a daily driver. don't replace your 2016 just wait for the 2021

and I live in Florida so it's definitely hot, so it'll also need radiator etc I guess

it sounds like if I buy one for $17K and put $20K into it, it should be good for another 100K miles. though now, we're approaching the price of a decent 2014...
