2010 S350CDI

Glowlight stays on for some minutes after start up and then turns off. Car starts ok with a little hesitation. All glowplugs where changed 2 years/20' km ago. No CEL.

Any tips for whats wrong? I know about the relay, but doesnt that throw the CEL?
