they have up to 56 ECUs in these vehicles... which one do you want to disconnect?

so long as the systems are asleep (key out for 8 mins shouldn't be much of an issue)

i mean the one that is on the side of the engine (the driver side) in a 2011 S350.
I think someone may have moved it or disconnect it a week ago, now i'm getting lots of warning lights going on/off on the instrument clauster and the RPM's & KM/h gauge is jamping crazy, also it does not want to go into gear imediatly.
Dont know if its just the disconnect/move unit issue or it is just a coincidence happaning a week after?

Depends on the weather
You can remove it and plug it back in with no issues and no programming needed.

sounds more like the fun between EZS, ISM and gearbox
you need good diagnostics and prob and expert (all quite normal on a merc)

battery voltage?

you can (and should) top up the AGM batteries with distilled water... will work properly and last another 10 years
these 221's use 37 amps with the key on and drop to critically low volts inside 20 minutes without the engine running

random really serious electronics issues are standard with a modern Mercedes - you need dealer spec diagnostics to reliably make it home from the corner shop !!!
