malfunction light on........please help

i have spent last month on car..........cant move it its sitting on the floor.........checked all 3 level sensors on a star scanner all ok.........my problem is compressor wont run
i have replaced air block and compressor.......checked all fuses.......40 amp no 56,.......15 amp no 46 and relay replaced .....new five pin relay......am getting a malfunction light and car rising fault.....? any ideas would help.....thank you tony.

You do not reference fault codes so I assume, surprised though, that there are none. Given this situation some additional things to consider checking are compressor harness, and control unit (n51) connections.
