This code(The consumer shut-off is activated) stay persistent on DAS and car still WON'T start or CRANK. Basic electronic function like mirror folding don't work.
Also, Relay C (terminal 87, engine)makes clicking noise once you open door. Dash says this message in red " Drive to workshop without shifting gear". Also DAS can't communicate with Motor Electronics(ECM) and TCM.
NOW,
Both starter and main batteries have been replaced (brand new).
New Starter too.
The W221 has an internal circuit that shuts down all "voltage vampires" which use up too much amps when the car is off
Here is my wild guess
Either you have a massive electric drain in your car or this circuit is going haywire
Can you measure the voltage of your battery?
