Electrical issues

Hello guys
I am following posts on this forum for a long time but i never posted anything before.
Last night i was changing driver SAM and accidentally one fat red wire, that I assume is powe for fuse box and sam, touched body of the car
Now my gear selector don't work, front right headlamp, errors for ESP, ABC, brake fluid level low, Comand screen not working and bunch of other stuff ...
what could be the problem
I already checked all fuses i could get to...
any help would be appreciated

On all German cars and motorcycles, a red wire is always a direct to battery positive, never switched.

Check fuses (i.e.: f9) @ front prefuse box. You do not reference model year here are both.
