2013 S550 M278 Vacuum Pump pressure?

Hello. I am checking looking for a possible vacuum line leak. I checked the output pressure on the vacuum line going out of the top of the vacuum pump and found it to be erratic. For clarity this vacuum line goes into the pressure transducer and controls the waste gates on the turbos. The pump has no visible oil leaks.

#1 should the pressure be consistent?

#2 what should the pressure be?

Thank You!

I used a vacuum tester on the lines and the wastegate actuators. I found no leaks on the vacuum lines. The wastegate actuators hold vacuum. The arms move freely.
